MarchSanity (Not Madness)

March has come and past! After losing Teka, we felt like something was missing in our family. We have a new dog! We know he will be different than Teka and that she cannot be replaced.

We are grateful for the blessing our new dog Bosco has been to our lives. He is a Mini Australian Shepherd, just slightly smaller than a full size Australian Shepherd.

He is full of energy and very athletic. He loves being outside, even in the cold. We are training him and watching him grow.

We are realizing that winters in the UP can be very long! Alongside snowboarding, we have gotten into snowshoeing for just a few bucks. (Thanks to some good facebook marketplace finds).

Below you will find a video of short family outing we did with Bosco. It was a fun little adventure.

In early March, I was able to attend the Esto Vir Men’s Conference at the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help in Champion, WI. It was a very blessed weekend. I was able to share it with some friends. We got an Air BnB near Lambeau Field in Green Bay.

It was crazy how God brought us all together for this conference. Some new friendships were made! We had some great discussions and prayer time. I hope that we can all gather again next year for it, maybe with an even bigger group!

I was able to play my original music during the Holy Hour. I believe more than 600 guys attended! It was definitely uplifting to worship God together, striving to be holy husbands and fathers.

I have entered my song about the Eucharist in an official Catholic USSCB Song Contest. If you want, say a prayer that if it’s God’s will that my song would be the winner.
